How Osborne King uses MRI Qube Property Management to stay flexible in a changing marketplace

 

Osborne King is a leading Northern Irish real estate services company specialising in commercial property consultancy in the UK and Ireland. Focused on delivering tailored property solutions to an increasingly diverse range of clients that includes private investors, property developers, financial institutions and occupiers. The company has developed a strong track record in other specialist areas including public and private sector consultancy and property disposals by public auction.

Two companies, one system

As our longest-standing MRI Qube Property Management (Qube PM) client in Northern Ireland, Osborne King has used our software since the 1980s. In 2015, the company merged with commercial property firm, Ardmore Commercial. This consolidated two of the longest-established, independent businesses in Northern Ireland and was mutually beneficial in achieving greater efficiencies and sharing best practice. Along with Osborne King, Ardmore Commercial was also a Qube PM client, and sharing a common technology platform enabled a smooth transition from two systems to one.

Success in a changing marketplace

Since the merger, Osborne King has had a number of successes. As well as winning the Estates Gazette Regional Deals award four years running, Osborne King was ranked sixth in the UK Top Auctioneers for the first half of 2016. In 2015/16, the company also completed a number of significant investment deals on behalf of private and corporate clients, with the largest deal totalling £11.5m.
