Why our clients choose to return to MRI Palace

It’s great to see continued momentum across the MRI Palace community, with 55 new agencies joining in the first half of 2026 alone. This growth reflects the confidence agencies place in MRI Software and the value it delivers at every stage of their journey.

We were long-time Palace users before deciding to explore whether the grass was greener elsewhere. After moving to another software provider, it quickly became clear that it wasn’t the right fit for our business or for the New Zealand property management market, despite the claims that it was. While it had some appealing features, we found that many of the workflows, compliance requirements and day-to-day processes that are essential for New Zealand property management were simply not as intuitive or efficient as we needed. Instead of streamlining our operations, they added to our workload, creating additional manual processes and reducing the efficiency of our team.

 

Returning to Palace has been one of the best decisions we’ve made. The transition back was incredibly smooth, with the Palace team making what could have been a stressful migration feel seamless from start to finish. Their support, communication and commitment to getting us back up and running exceeded our expectations.
