Regional Director Middle East at MRI Software
Schalk Vorster is Regional Director for the Middle East at MRI Software, where he leads regional sales for the company’s property and facilities management technology solutions. Based in Dubai, he works with real estate owners, facilities management providers, and large enterprises across the region as they adopt PropTech platforms to modernise operations and improve portfolio performance.
Vorster has more than a decade of experience in the Middle East real estate and facilities management technology sector. Since joining MRI Software in 2022, he has played a key role in expanding the company’s regional presence and was recognised as EMEA Top Sales Leader in 2025.
Before joining MRI Software, he spent five years at FSI (FM Solutions) in Dubai, leading business development across the MENA region, working with major organisations to introduce enterprise facilities management technology and build long-term industry partnerships.
Earlier in his career, Vorster held business development and operational leadership roles across the Gulf region, including positions in Bahrain and Abu Dhabi. His professional background began in architecture and project delivery, providing a practical understanding of the built environment and the operational challenges faced by property and facilities teams.
