Khadamat Advances its Cloud Strategy with MRI Software to Unify Facilities Management Operations Across the UAE

Dubai, UAE – 3 March 2026 – As facilities management providers across the Middle East respond to rising service expectations, tighter compliance requirements and growing digital adoption, Khadamat has strengthened its technology foundation by selecting MRI Software’s cloud-based facilities management solution, Evolution, to support the standardisation of its FM operations across the United Arab Emirates.

Across the region, FM leaders are increasingly prioritising real-time visibility, mobile workforce enablement and cloud resilience as portfolios expand and client requirements become more complex. Against this backdrop, Khadamat has transitioned from its existing on-premises deployment of Evolution to Evolution Cloud, reinforcing its commitment to a scalable, future-ready operating model.

Having successfully used MRI’s facilities management solution within an on-premises environment, Khadamat recognised the opportunity to enhance agility, performance and long-term cost efficiency by moving to SaaS. The shift to Evolution Cloud allows the organisation to consolidate multiple helpdesks and FM systems into a single, cloud-based platform, providing a consistent operational framework and unified data environment across its business.

The solution is being adopted across all Khadamat-managed client sites in the UAE, covering more than 15 client portfolios, including both fixed and mobile asset environments. Approximately 500 site-based team members will use the platform to support day-to-day facilities management activities, enabling greater operational oversight and alignment across contracts and locations.
