In-house systems limited visibility and performance

Before adopting MRI Evolution, Initial Saudi Group relied on an in-house system. Over time, customisations made for different departments disrupted the system’s core structure, creating several challenges:

• Frequent reconfiguration: Every management change introduced new customisations that destabilised the system.
• Lost operational insight: Data consolidation took up to six months, making it difficult to understand regional and project-level performance.
• Slow reporting cycles: Monthly reports required more than 20 days to prepare and validate.
