As the organisation continued to grow and evolve, the need for a robust, future-ready ERP platform became increasingly important to support both operational efficiency and long-term scalability.
Business challenge
Atterbury set out to implement MRI Software’s property management solution, PMX, as its core ERP system, with the intention of creating a central platform to support its operations. The project, however, introduced a level of complexity beyond a standard implementation.
The team adopted an unconventional approach to data migration and system deployment, intentionally pushing beyond traditional frameworks to better align the solution with the way the business operates. While this created opportunity, it also required careful coordination, technical depth, and the ability to adapt quickly as challenges emerged.
