MRI Max Items

What is it?

The MRI Application Exchange (known as MAX) is a collection of MRI Software applications available to all clients with access to the myMRI Client Portal. These MAX items can be downloaded and installed on client databases without charge. This library consists of custom web pages, reports and apps, that are designed to further enhance functionality across the MRI modules. The MAX library contains some of the best enhancements from in-house MRI developers, and also some apps from client-led initiatives. All MAX items have been fully tested by MRI. Popular MAX items include:

• Journal import tool (GL)
• Import and export of web page grids in and out of MRI
• A Home Page selection tool
• MRI Instant Messenger
• Commercial Management Charges import tool

What’s included in this package?

MRI Global Professional Services (GPS) offers a new service called MAX Help. This service is for clients that would like MRI to handle all aspects of bringing the ‘Top 5’ MRI MAX items (as shown above) into their database. The service covers:

• Smooth installation of the chosen MAX item(s)
• Training and advice on the use of the selected MAX item
• Technical assistance as required
• Advice around possible further related enhancements and other suitable MAX items

What isn’t included?

• Some client enhancements are not catered for by specific MAX items (these will be identified before any work starts)
• Client-specific documentation
• Additional MAX enhancements are not included in the fixed price (however, should the client require further MAX items, GPS can provide similar resources as part of an additional time-and-materials project)
