Description

The SVP will hold full P&L responsibility for the MRI @ Work product portfolio in North America. The SVP will lead all operational functions (over 180 employees) while partnering closely with senior sales, product and marketing teams to drive revenue and EBITDA growth across the portfolio. We are seeking a highly process-driven executive with demonstrated success building high performing operating teams and processes that scale. The ideal candidate has experience in PE-backed growth businesses, is highly adaptable and data-driven and can move effortlessly between strategy and execution. Strong executive presence with a natural comfort in front of clients, leading teams and presenting at the board level are all fundamental requirements. Multifamily and/or prop-tech experience is desired but not required. This position reports to the President of North America.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Own and drive organic growth; KPIs to include Bookings, Revenue, Net Retention, EBITDA and NPS
  • Build brand awareness and strengthen competitive positioning
  • Develop a deep understanding of the market, the technology and competitive environment to inform product, sales and brand strategy
  • Build a world-class team. Attract and retain top talent.
  • Deliver a step-function increase in operational rigor and performance across the business
  • Build strong relationships of trust & collaboration across Product, Sales and Marketing.
  • Build a culture of data-driven decision making

Desired Experience

  • Education – Bachelor’s Degree; Masters Degree preferred
  • 15+ years operational leadership experience; enterprise software experience is required
  • Proven leadership experience leading high performing teams in fast-paced environments, driving complex transformation initiatives cross-functionally
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence across a matrix style organization
  • Detail-oriented and metrics-driven management approach
  • Excitement about navigating a growing, rapidly changing and agile operating environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and high EQ
  • Executive level presence with ability to lead and coach
  • Strong Presentation Skills
