Description

We are seeking a Solutions Support Specialist to join our Callmax team in Solon, OH! Our Solutions Support Specialists work independently within in a small team environment while creating custom voicemail and music on hold templates.  After training, you will manage many new and existing project updates simultaneously in this client facing role. A successful candidate will have excellent time management, documentation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide top notch customer service both over the phone and thru email
  • Retrieve property and leasing information from sites for account setup
  • Create and update personalized answering service and music on hold templates
  • Process MP3 sound files
  • Manage and track implementations/opportunities
  • Assist clients with music on hold equipment
  • Regularly streamline and improve processes
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills & Other Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of work in customer service
  • Energetic and enthusiastic phone presence
  • Strong written communication, with typing skills of at least 60+ wpm
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple responsibilities and projects with competing priorities and deadlines
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite; specifically, Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Flexible and focused self-starter with the ability to follow directives and work independently
