RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Travel to Title and Mortgage Companies and including Real Estate Brokerage firms throughout Colorado
  • Coordinate in-house Sponsors and communicate with all hosts of our training classes to ensure a timely start and finish
  • Provide training material and deliver in class presentations for Beginners, Intermediate, Advanced, Hands-On, CTMOne, and one-on-one training classes
  • Provide training material and deliver web-based presentations for Beginners, Intermediate, Smart eContracts, CTMOne, including demos for interested software product inquires
  • Offer CE credit when applicable, successfully collect payment and signatures for those eligible and deliver to the training coordinator
  • Assist customer support as needed and offer follow-up correspondence for support phone calls and emails
  • Work with Title Companies, Inspectors, Insurance Companies, and Home Warranty Companies to obtain partnership agreements and coordinate with the development team to fulfill them
  • Demo features/applications and Assist Managing Brokers with the process for setting up a brokerage account
  • Coordinate with the General Manager to ensure training resources are delivered and available to the support staff
  • Coordinate with the Development Team to ensure training materials are created/delivered for new software enhancements
  • Assist in onboarding and training new hires
  • Create/Update ongoing training materials both in written form and/or training videos as needed
  • QA software issues and if necessary, submit BUG report for tracking and resolution
  • Participate in Real Estate related trade show events
  • Willingness and ability to learn and execute additional tasks/projects as needed to help in a team environment

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3-5 years’ experience as an instructor: training, presenting or teaching in front of a group
  • Real Estate and/or Software industry experience is a plus
  • Have reliable transportation: partial mileage is expensed monthly
  • Ability to learn and adapt to proprietary software
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work on a team
