As a Software Support Specialist with the MRI Software Global Client Support team, you will have the opportunity to evaluate multifaceted software issues, engage with our global client base, and provide an outstanding client experience every day. In this position, you will be the main point of contact for a wide-ranging variety of financial and property management customers, assisting with a wide range of matters. MRI Software will rely on YOU to listen to and empathize with our clients and use your troubleshooting skills, technical savvy, and creativity to meet their needs and deliver a consistent, professional experience.

Skills/Requirements
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Prior experience in customer service setting
  • Technical PC experience in a Windows environment preferred
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts and derive solutions
