MRI Software is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join our team in Sydney, Australia! To accommodate our growth, we are seeking experienced Business to Business sales professional to generate new and recurring revenues through the sales and marketing of MRI’s customizable applications. This is a great opportunity for dynamic, aggressive sales professionals that are driven to hunt for new business and have a proven track record for employing a consultative sales approach.

Essential functions include:

  • Generating new business by leveraging existing relationships, prospecting, conducting market analysis, selling the company’s software and services offerings
  • Conducting software demonstrations and promoting MRI at industry conferences and trade shows.
  • Acting as an “industry expert”, consulting with prospective clients to provide assistance with their unique, critical business issues and strategic initiatives.
  • Working with the sales team to share ideas, knowledge and new business development strategies.
Skills & Requirements
  • 2 or more years of software sales experience in business products or services, managing a territory, and/or client relationships.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related discipline; or equivalent training in business or sales.
  • Knowledge of the fixed asset accounting, asset tracking or facilities management markets would be highly desirable, as well as the ability to network within the industry.
  • ability to gain an understanding of the client’s business, identify positive ROI for the client in MRI’s Software products, and covert this knowledge into a business case.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build and deliver powerful presentations.
  • Demonstrated track record in closing new business and exceeding sales targets with the ability to present software to potential users.
  • Must be open to travel across Australia and New Zealand up to 10% of the time.
  • Ability to attend an in-depth sales boot camp in Cleveland, Ohio, USA upon hire, is required.
  • Personal credit card, or functional equivalent, is required for business expenses which shall be reimbursed pursuant to company policy.
