The MRI Software Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for creating and managing a program to  deliver content, information, training and tools to the sales organization in order to help the sales team sell more effectively.  This role owns both the strategy and execution of sales enablement across MRI Software globally.  This role will work cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Product and Services to design a sales enablement strategy and execution plan with the goal of fully equipping the sales team with the knowledge, tools and information needed for them to drive incremental revenue.

This role is a strategic business partner to the sales organization, enabling revenue growth and increasing sales productivity by providing effective methodologies, efficient processes, value-added information and sales tools.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage MRI Software’s Global Sales Enablement & Onboarding Programs to define and execute the Global Sales Enablement strategy which includes creating, developing, managing, and leading the successful execution of the program.
  • Develop an ongoing enablement program with a predictable cadence utilizing various methods of deployment such as in person, virtual and recorded sessions.
  • Align with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Product, Marketing and Services to identify enablement areas/topics and execute them across the organization.
  • Lead change management efforts upon program rollouts – including communications plan development, alignment with leadership, gathering insights and feedback and developing adoption metrics.
  • Conduct ongoing assessments of enablement needs and gather feedback on the current program stack to provide proactive thought leadership and recommendations back to the team.
  • Assist in the planning and logistics of annual sales kickoffs, midyear meetings and other enablement events as needed.
  • Design and implement metrics to measure impact, effectiveness and appropriateness of the enablement program along with measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of sales enablement investments.
  • Manage and execute a comprehensive onboarding training program with a 30-60-90-day plan for sales team members at all levels and across all teams.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field
  • 5+ years’ experience in sales enablement design and execution
  • Experience in designing and executing sales enablement programs
  • Designing sales certification programs a plus
  • 2+ years with of experience with sales enablement platforms or LMS systems
  • Demonstrated experience and ability to well work cross-functionally
  • Proven track record in performing well in a high growth environment
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously on time and within budget
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with a wide array of global constituents including business leaders and subject matter experts
