Position Summary:          

In this role, you will play a crucial part in enabling our clients to leverage an open and connected architecture by leveraging partnerships between MRI and our partners’ solutions. As a member of the Partner Connect Team, you will act as an internal liaison and advocate for Partners and will assist with efforts to define, maintain, and enhance internal and external systems used in collaboration with Partner Connect. You will serve as an internal resource for aiding strategic partner growth initiatives and management as well as a critical component of prospective Partner management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:           

  • Ability to articulate the market value of partnering with MRI and our key growth solutions
  • Responsible for managing and executing APAC regional partnerships for both Residential and Commercial market segments
  1. Ongoing Partner success
  2. Generate marketing/sales enablement
  3. Driving Go-to-market initiatives and revenue growth
  4. Health checks/Partnership governance
  5. Financial Management
  • Responsible for managing new Partner onboarding activities and Partner certification
  • Source new Partners in solution verticals that are jointly identified with Product Management
  • Migrate APAC partners from acquisitions to the MRI Partner program
  • MRI event sponsorship management (User Conference, Sales Kick off, Partner Summit)

  3. Sponsorship Deliverable Administration & Management
  • Identify and track revenue trends, anomalies, and uncover opportunity within APAC Partner ecosystem
  • Responsible for managing contract requests (new partner contracts, amendments, etc.) and Salesforce management

REQUIREMENTS:       

  • 3+ years of experience in project management or account management in a Software industry
  • Experience in PropTech and/or Real Estate (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communication, Information Systems, or equivalent degree/experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Skilled at building and maintaining relationships
  • Results oriented and self-motivated
  • Ability to be flexible and establish and iterate new processes
  • Ability to learn and adapt to change and new technologies quickly
  • Strong presentation skills
