Manager of FP&A

MRI Software is seeking a Manager of FP&A to join our growing team at our Global Headquarters in Solon, OH! This manager will provide support to the VP of Finance on monthly and ad-hoc projects. This position will drive day-to-day FP&A activities including monthly financial reporting, quarterly board deck presentations, analysis and modeling support for M&A operations, and management for financial analysts. The key responsibilities of this role will be:

• Manage the preparation of the monthly leadership reporting process to be presented to Senior Leadership by overseeing a team of analysts and consultants responsible for financial, bookings, attrition, headcount, and other reporting
• Analyze current and past trends in KPIs, including all areas of ARR/revenue, cost of sales, operating expenses, and capital expenditures
• Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
• Ad-Hoc reporting and analysis
• Provide various and ad-hoc projects at the direction of the VP of Finance
• Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives
• Assist/manage the integration of acquired company financials
• Supervise a small team of financial analysts

• 5 plus years of experience in financial analysis
• Technology, software, and private equity-related experience a plus
• Experience with EPM planning tools (Adaptive Insights, Vena, Hyperion, Anaplan, etc.)
• Familiarity with ERP and CRM’s (Intacct, NetSuite, SSFDC, etc.)
• Bachelors degree preferably in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience
• Team lead or management experience preferred
• Background in driving FP&A initiatives
• Strong analytical and organizational skills: versatile and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines
• Experience working with business leaders across different divisions and geographies
• New system implementation experience preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel experience
