MRI Software is currently a Manager for our Internal Applications team in our global headquarters in Solon, OH! The Manager, Internal Applications will oversee the maintenance, design and development of the company’s CRM system (  The Manager will coach and manage a team of Business Analysts and Developers who work together to meet the business needs of the company.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage project requests from all teams throughout the company.  Determine priority and schedule of requests per importance and overall company directives at any given time.
  • Act as liaison and lead cross-functional forum to insure knowledge, processes and needs are met for successful systems integrations and understanding throughout the company.
  • Develop training and knowledge transfer to Salesforce Power Users throughout the company to insure an increase in skill set and Salesforce experts throughout the company.
  • Develop departmental metrics and implement tactical plans for achieving strategic initiatives
  • Manage the use, interface and maintenance of all Internal Applications throughout the company.
Skills & Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Project Management skills and experience
  • Excellent problem solving, leadership, and coaching skills
  • Familiar with or other CRM systems
  • Bachelors Degree or other relevant combination of training and experience preferred
  • Previous supervisory or management experience preferred
