The Client Support team is currently seeking a Property Administrator Team Lead/ Manager to join the team. The position is  based in the Cape Town, Rondebosch office. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Primary point of contact for processing data entry for MRI Lease Administration team
  • Supervise team of property administrators
  • Maintain documentation on procedures
  • Coach and train property administrator team
  • Review work of property administrators to ensure quality and data integrity
  • Develop workflows for increasing the overall data accuracy of the team
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues or confusion related to contract language or entry of data into the database, with key stakeholders within the US.
  • Read / comprehend contract documents and invoices
  • Conduct data entry into relevant MRI software
  • Flag items requiring additional information to follow up with client stakeholders

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 

  • 3-4 years of related professional leading a team
  • Experience reading and abstracting real estate leases
  • Experience with MRI Occupier software is a plus but not essential (Horizon / Prolease / etc)

 

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Fluent English in speaking and writing is a must, another European language is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal and organization skills
  • Strong communication skills in written and spoken
  • Ability to solve problems in standard situation
  • Customer service and team orientation with ability to adapt to changing environment
  • Priority setting, organization, and time-management skills
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite and technology applications
