The Investment Modeling Support Analyst provides quality, professional software and solution support that results in a high degree of Client Satisfaction.  This includes assessing, documenting and resolving Client issues and inquiries. It deals with matters of a functional and a technical nature.  The analyst typically supports platform and product issues.  Successful resolution may require follow-up and/or escalation to a higher level of expertise and/or collaboration with Product Development.

Skills/Requirements
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Understanding of SQL query expressions to diagnose or resolve routine issues
  • Ability to understand and articulate financial and technical concepts and derive solutions
  • Ability to reason logically and provide innovative solutions
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • CA/CFA/CMA/CPA designation desired
  • 2 years or more experience on modeling of cashflow through to valuation
  • Advanced Microsoft® Excel skills
  • Proficiency with financial statements and reports
