POSITION SUMMARY: MRI’s M&A and Corporate Standards (MACS) team has an opening for a Graphics Coordinator. This individual will work alongside M&A team leaders responsible for sales, marketing and other departments to deliver compelling stories to diverse audiences through multiple mediums. You’ll be responsible for collaborating with colleagues within the MACS team to create materials that will be used for various initiatives, ranging from demand generation campaigns to external events to company meetings.

The ideal candidate should be able to move fast, pay attention to detail, and think creatively as they bring designs from concept to execution, with a passion for collaboration, experimentation, and evaluation in their approach to B2B marketing.   


You’ll produce graphic concepts and designs to meet company needs and prepare design elements for a wide variety of projects such as: 

  • Print and digital advertisements
  • Direct mail
  • Sales enablement resources
  • External events
  • Website and other electronic media
  • Company meetings
  • Demand generation campaigns


  • 2+ years graphic design experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint)
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
  • Proven track record of creatively using visual communication to convey messaging to varied audiences
  • Strong eye for visual composition and incredible attention to detail
  • High level of accountability and motivation
  • Strong interpersonal, time and project management, presentation, leadership, and communication skills
  • Experience with project management tools like Asana and Smartsheet
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously under deadline
  • Ability to occasionally work outside of normal business hours to attend events, travel for projects and meet critical deadlines
  • Attention to detail and good organizational and management skills
