As an Enterprise Account Executive focused on our real estate Investment Management software solutions, you will be responsible for the following:
- Working with clients and prospects to identify their unique critical business issues, strategic initiatives and pain points using a consultative approach
- Conducting introductory software demonstrations while promoting our software solutions at industry conferences and trade shows
- Working with other sales team members to share ideas, knowledge and new business development strategies
- Generating new software and services business by leveraging existing relationships, prospecting and conducting market analysis
- Driving and managing a complete sales process inclusive of targeting top prospects, identifying competitive client and market solutions, building and maintaining customer relationships, performing software demonstrations, negotiating and closing opportunities within an assigned territory
