POSITION SUMMARY: 

Gather data, structure data and drive actionable business insights.  Align and direct the management, development, and integration of data analytics and business intelligence necessary for supporting the mission, vision strategies, objectives, and goals of Payments Services.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Drive growth in the product portfolio and P&L through:

  • Organizes and assembles the technology, data, processes, human and financial resources necessary to address the current and future analytics needs of the business
  • Provides insights into:
  • Payment Product Operations (transaction success rates, chargeback performance, payment risk)
  • Commercial analytics around revenue maximization through various levers:
  • Pricing
  • GTM bundle formation
  • Pro-Active retention management
  • Understands that information and data are key business asset and operationalizes the application of data and information in order to deliver optimal business performance, through maximization of revenue and optimization of expense and risk
  • Responsible for driving departmental culture and promoting data-driven decision-making, consumer/client level analytics, marketing, and investment planning across the business
  • Collaborates cross functionally in the formulation of data-driven business decisions
  • Leads measurement framework development and defines the business KPIs
  • Stays informed and keeps up with the latest industry trends and best practices
  • Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Extremely strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment with associates
  • Capability of effective planning and priority setting
  • Extensive knowledge of consumer-focused financial services/ payments and analytics practices
  • Advanced leadership skills. 5+ years management experience
  • 15 years’ experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree- Master’s Degree Preferred
  • OR equivalent combination of experience and education
