MRI Software is seeking a Customer Support Agent in our Edina, MN office! This is an inbound customer service role.  The role will interact with both clients and applicants.  The individual will need to understand how to answer questions regarding the order process, answer account questions, answer billing questions, review reports and answer any questions along with having the ability to complete employment and address references.


Skills & Other Requirements
  • Facilitate interactions with customers and applicants in accordance with the company’s one call resolution strategy.
  • Ability to work in an inbound call center with an ever-changing environment while maintaining composure during customer interactions
  • Demonstrate functional skill in communicating while explaining account information, applicant information or billing information via phone and email
  • Must be able to deliver a positive customer experience with each interaction.
  • 1-3 years of Customer Service Experience
  • High School or Equivalent
  • Detail Oriented with a High Attention to detail
  • Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills.
