MRI is seeking a Relationship Manager to join us in our Dallas payments office! As an MRI Relationship Manager, you’ll never get bored with doing the same thing every day. You’ll be constantly challenged with new opportunities and new assignments. This role is acutely focused on building relationships with customers and understanding their goals and objectives and aligning those to MRI’s.
Account Management Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain business plans for maximizing the adoption and usage of our payment product
- Deal with customer issues/complaints
- Provide functional consultancy/training to end users
- Manage/Investigate high profile or complex support cases
- Facilitate quarterly business reviews and/or webinars to regularly engage with customers
