As a member of our Training team, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering CallMaX trainings for both new and existing clients. We are seeking an articulate, energetic, upbeat and inspirational individual with the ability to engage audiences across multiple regions, utilizing various methods to ensure successful delivery. Must have a strong phone presence and excellent written communication skills.
- Strong client support skills and the ability to analyze, problem solve and troubleshoot in a fast paced environment.
- Proven Track record of excellent organizational and time management skills
- Develop, design, coordinate and deliver comprehensive training programs that include Instructor Led, Self-Guided, and Web Based Learning.
- Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of training(s) and development programs and make recommendations where applicable.
- Create and maintain project plans, training records, manuals, training environments, and job aids to support training execution.
- Create, manage and track training cases through SFDC.
