Skills & Other Requirements

Some initial qualifications for our customer support team include:

  • Customer focus and a passion for problem solving
  • Creative and curious troubleshooter
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Professional communication skills with the ability to confidently articulate technical concepts
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred
