The Client Support Intern will primarily assist with general support operational activities. As part of this program, interns will also be mentored by the Vice President of Client Support and SaaS Services and have the opportunity to assist with live client support calls and cases.
- Prepare software launch readiness materials for client support teams
- Analyze call driver data and identify learning topics for clients
- Audit online community and forums for outdated material and posts
- Assist Operations team with data analysis and cleanup activities
