Sales Operations Analyst

As a member of the Revenue Operations team, this individual will create and deliver bookings reporting to provide timely, accurate, and comprehensive financial and analytical reports to the sales operations and financial teams. This analyst will interact with various coss-functional departments to gather, compile, analyze data, and offer bookings insights prior to presentations. This individual will have the opportunity to take on senior-level responsibilities based on experience. Key responsibilities will include:


  • Participate in the weekly bookings reconciliation process for global sales
  • Drive recurring and ad-hoc bookings analysis
  • Measure and deliver performance metrics for global sales
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to help drive cohesive company growth
  • Be a key player in optimizing translation of data for business consumption via systems and data visualization
  • Serve as a business partner for global key leaders to help translate financials into actionable advice


  • 3 or more years of analyst experience
  • BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or other analytical field
  • Familiarity with ERP and CRM’s (Intacct, Netsuite, SFDC, etc)
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Excel
  • Attention to detail and ability to plan, organize, prioritize and multi-task
  • Strong initiative and ability to problem solve
