Where in the World is IUC 2014?

Following the wildly successful 2013 International Users Conference (IUC) Connect we’re thrilled to invite all of you to join us in a short guessing game to reveal the location of IUC 2014:

  1. istock_000009260556small-resized-600The state in which this city resides was named after King Louis XIV.
  2. Political subdivisions in this state are not called counties – they’re called parishes.
  3. The city in which we are hosting the IUC has the oldest street railway line still in operation.
  4. A famous sports arena, which was nearly destroyed in the recent past, is the worlds largest steel-constructed room unobstructed by posts.
  5. This city is the birthplace of jazz, and one particular famous street (sharing a name with a popular variety of whiskey) still has live jazz performances, in multiple locations, each night.
  6. Beignets and chicory coffee are considered an acceptable breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snack.

In case you haven’t yet figured it out… we’ll see you in Fall 2014 in New Orleans!
