This month in Property Tree, we give you new features that are designed to make your lives a little bit easier.\u00a0 Here are the feature enhancements this September that you can now access:<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Archiving Tenancy<\/span><\/h2>\n

Get rid of workarounds as tenancies can now be archived even if they have outstanding invoices or a future charge to date.<\/p>\n

Property Receipt<\/h2>\n

This new receipt type allows you to process funds against a property and select an appropriate account ensuring the accuracy of your Owners Income and Expenditure summary.<\/p>\n

Tenancy Rent Summary<\/span><\/h2>\n

A new report of residential or commercial tenancy’s position for each rental period including rolling arrears total is now available via the Tribunal report, in each tenancy profile screen. A requirement of Tenancy services and NZ Tribunal hearings.<\/p>\n

Date Field for auto comms<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n

You can now add \u201ctoday’s date\u201d to automate entry notices for inspections within the inspection auto-communications and other mail merge templates.<\/p>\n

Business Insights<\/span><\/h2>\n
