Property management software update: What’s new in Property Tree this March
Termination & Break Lease vacate types, auto features for Invoice Genius and reporting plus more are in this month’s Property Tree release. Let’s take a look at these enhancements and other updates to your rental property management software starting this March.
March 2021 Release
1. Termination & Break Lease vacate type
You can now select a Termination or Break Lease vacate type from the Tenancy profile. For Terminations, you can note the Termination date and view this information with various report options – perfect to help you track tenancy status and possible trends as the impact of COVID19 continues to be felt.
2. Sydney Water Invoices via Invoice Genius
You can now automate tenancy water usage invoices for Sydney Water eBills when processing creditor invoices through Invoice Genius.
3. Report Headers
There are now new formatting options plus auto-generated name, date, user and company details in a number of PDF & CSV report types. Arrears, Ownership and Tenancy Funds reports have been updated this release with more to follow in the coming months.
4. User Permissions
Early Adopters testing User Permissions can now maintain control & security of information by customising user access to various Dashboard views.

- Go to the Property Tree Status Page
- Click on ‘Subscribe to MRI Software’

- Click Subscribe
