• Rent Stabilized Lease Renewal Processing. Specify one and two year rent stabilization rates; rules for calculating increase to security deposit requirements; and define charge codes for DHCR rent, 421A charges and A/C electrical charges.
  
  MRI Software also enables you to fill out separate worksheets for rent stabilized or non rent stabilized units. Rent and additional security renewals are then calculated according to all DHCR rules.
  
  In addition, batch printing of DHCR lease renewal offers can be performed during the renewal worksheet process or you can print renewal letters individually. The processing of resident responses to renewal offers can be performed in batch along with all non-DHCR renewal offers or individually per lease.
  
  
• Comprehensive Reporting. There are a number of specific reports contained within this module including a report that displays all of the rent stabilization leases that are due to renew within a specific timeframe and the amount of increased rent that will take effect upon renewal.
  
  Further, the DHCR product also generates applicable increases to 421A charges for all residents and it can generate vouchers to be sent to DHCR for charges that are being subsidized.
