MRI Software Announces Acquisition of Bostonpost Technology
Cleveland, OH — October 3, 2011— MRI Software LLC, a leading developer of innovative real estate management and investment software solutions for the global real estate industry, announced today that it has acquired Bostonpost Technology. Through this acquisition, MRI expands its portfolio of market-leading offerings in property management and accounting by adding a best-of-breed solution in the affordable housing space.
Bostonpost is a leading software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider of affordable housing property management software designed to optimize compliance within the complex environment of funding programs and regulations, and to help property owners and managers reduce administrative overhead and costs associated with compliance.
